KAC Mentorship Circles

The Mentorship Circles were created in 2011 to further KAC's goal of grooming leaders for the Korean American community. This is a one year program consisting of one-on-one sessions and group events. The one-on-one sessions pair each student with a mentor who is established in his or her chosen career and can provide a strong example of Korean American leadership. The goals of the Mentorship Circles are to increase civic engagement, cultivate career development, and strengthen interpersonal skills in Korean Americans. Through this program KAC also seeks to bridge the cultural gap between first and second generation Korean Americans and promote a more comprehensive understanding of diasporic life.
