KAC-LA Disaster Relief Clinic is Closed
Los Angeles, CA – The Korean American Coalition – Los Angeles will be hosting a joint Disaster Relief Clinic in collaboration with FEMA’s Disaster Assistance Team on 03/ 25 (Tuesday) ~ 03/27(Thursday) 4:00PM – 8:00 PM. To accommodate those who need assistance after regular business (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). This event aims to assist individuals from the displaced communities affected by the January Wildfire Disaster. This event location is scheduled to take place at the KOA Building, located at 3727 W. 6th Street, Suite 305.

● Parking: A public parking lot at behind the building or street parking is available
An on-site FEMA Individual Assistance (IA) will be able to address topics that impact all levels of recovery efforts. These representatives will review and assist individuals in submitting their applications at the clinic. Individuals seeking assistance should bring all relevant documentation related to their expenses, including receipts, records of rental costs, and pertinent insurance information. Participants will be asked to provide the following information to the representative:
● Your address, including zip code
● Condition of your damaged home
● Insurance information, if available
● Social Security number, if applicable
● Phone number for contact
● Mailing address or email address for receiving electronic
notifications
If you have previously faced denial in a submission, this is an opportune moment to consult with a FEMA representative who can assist in reviewing your application and guide you on the appeals process. SBA representatives will also be present to help business owners who are impacted by the devastation. We encourage folks to set up an appointment to meet with the representative and bring all related documentation on our clinic days.
