US Citizenship

As part of enhancing political participation among Korean Americans, KAC provides Citizenship application, Green Card renewal, and other immigration services to applicable citizens at an affordable cost. Since 1983, KAC has assisted more than 40,000 people with their naturalization process and stands as one of the longest continuously running Korean American organizations to provide such services. Our immigration experts will provide step by step instructions to help obtain your American Citizenship.

Types of services that KAC offers are:

Citizenship (N-400)
Citizenship Fee Waiver (I-912)
Citizenship Application for Children 18 or under (N-600)
Green Card Renewal (I-90)
Citizenship Certificate (N-565)

1) Determine your eligibility to become a U.S. citizen

2) Prepare your form N-400 Application for Naturalization

3) Collect necessary documents on document checklist

4) Submit your form N-400 Application for Naturalization

6) Attend the USCIS interview 
USCIS will schedule an interview with you to complete the naturalization process once you have completed previous steps. 

7) Receive a Decision from USCIS 

8) Receive a Notice to Take the Oath of Allegiance 

9) Complete the Questionnaire on Form N-455

10) Take the Oath of Allegiance at the Naturalization Ceremony
