Garrett Lee is President of Jamison Properties, LP. Garrett runs the development arm of Koreatown-based Jamison, which controls 18 million square feet in Southern California. He has overseen the completion of more than 3,100 apartment units, including 100 affordable units. From its early days in SoCal focused on projects in Koreatown, Garrett has led Jamison to expand its footprint across the L.A. basin including projects in DTLA. The company is converting some of its existing office buildings into residential properties and doing other ground-up developments. Recently opened Jamison projects include Crosby, which features the 228-unit Nova and the 224-unit Sawyer buildings. A Los Angeles native, Garrett is a graduate of Harvard-Westlake and University of Southern California. He serves on the board of the Korean American Coalition.
