Alex Cha is a lawyer specializing in personal injury, lemon law and business law. For more than 20 years, Alex has established a solid practice in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. He served as Vice President of Korean American Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of Olympic Boosters Association, Treasurer of Korean American Democratic National Organization, Executive Board member of Wilshire Center-Koreatown Neighborhood Council, and Commissioner for Rent Adjustment Commission for the City of Los Angeles. He was a former President of Korean American Democratic Committee, commissioner of Industrial Development Authority for the City of Los Angeles and Treasurer of Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council. Alex graduated from the University of California, Irvine. When he was in his 2nd year of college, he served in the US Army in Saudi Arabia as part of Operation Desert Storm. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and is a fellow of NetKAL. Alex is an avid runner- having run the 2021 Boston Marathon. He lives in Los Angeles County with his wife, Margaret and two daughters – Olivia and Sophia.
